Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and conclude an online contract for a paid pwa.today service, you generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The period normally starts on the day the contract is concluded for a service.
You can exercise this right by sending a clear statement to info@pwa.today before the period ends. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
If you expressly ask us to start supplying the service during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for the part supplied before you withdraw. If the service is fully performed during that period, the right of withdrawal ends only where you gave the legally required express consent and acknowledgement.
Where withdrawal applies, we will refund payments using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, within the period required by applicable law.
